Choosing Life, To Live For, Part 3

Choosing life to live, we should first study the bible, get to know God, Jesus Christ, and how we are to conduct ourselves.  Conducting ourselves as a good Christian maybe easy, learning about Jesus Christ maybe easy, learning about God maybe easy but studying the bible may not be, but that is the only way we can do the first three, right?  In studying the Bible you will soon find many things out from Genesis to Revelations, like about conducting our present life, who God is, who Jesus Christ is what they both have done for mankind so that we may choose everlasting life.

John 17:3
NWT of the JW, "This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."
KJV Strong Version from SearchGodWord.org, "And this is (5748) life eternal, that they might know (5725) thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent (5656)."
John 14:6,7
KJV Strong Version from SearchGodWord.org, "6 Jesus saith (5719) unto him, I am (5748) the way *, the truth, and the life: no man cometh (5736) unto the Father, but by me. 7 If ye had known (5715) me *, ye should have known (5715) my Father also: and from henceforth ye know (5719) him, and have seen (5758) him."
NWT of the JW,  "6 Jesus said to him: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If YOU men had known me, YOU would have known my Father also; from this moment on YOU know him and have seen him.”

I choose Leviticus 18:17, Mark 7:22, Romans 13:13, and Galatians 5:19-21; because it brings up a deeper thought of loose conduct vs wickedness in the two bible I choose to show.  If you click on the word wickedness from the KJV Strong Version from the SearchGodWord.org you will see the Hebrew definition of evil plan and wickedness, but in the NWT of the JW we see "loose conduct".  So lets for a second look at the definitions of loose and conduct from Dictionary.com
loose: 1 - free or released from fastening or attachment: a loose end. 2 - free from anything that binds or restrains
conduct: 1 - personal behavior; way of acting; bearing or deportment. 2 - direction or management; execution. 3 - the act of conducting; guidance; escor
Lev 18:17
KJV Strong Version from SearchGodWord.org, "Thou shalt not uncover (8762) the nakedness of a woman and her daughter, neither shalt thou take (8799) her son's daughter, or her daughter's daughter, to uncover (8763) her nakedness; for they are her near kinswomen: it is wickedness."
NWT of the JW, "The nakedness of a woman and her daughter you must not lay bare. The daughter of her son and the daughter of her daughter you must not take in order to lay her nakedness bare. They are cases of blood relationship. It is loose conduct."
Mark 7:22
KJV Strong Version from SearchGodWord.org, "Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:"
NWT of the JW,  "adulteries, covetings, acts of wickedness, deceit, loose conduct, an envious eye, blasphemy, haughtiness, unreasonableness."
Romans 13:13
KJV Strong Version from SearchGodWord.org, "Let us walk (5661) honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying."
NWT of the JW, "As in the daytime let us walk decently, not in revelries and drunken bouts, not in illicit intercourse and loose conduct, not in strife and jealousy."
Gal 5:19-21
NWT of the JW, "19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, and they are fornication, uncleanness, loose conduct, 20 idolatry, practice of spiritism, enmities, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, contentions, divisions, sects, 21 envies, drunken bouts, revelries, and things like these. As to these things I am forewarning YOU, the same way as I did forewarn YOU, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s kingdom."
KJV Strong Version from SearchGodWord.org, "19Now the works of the flesh are (5748) manifest, which are (5748) these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before (5719), as I have also told you in time past (5627), that they which do (5723) such things shall not inherit (5692) the kingdom of God."

Well you might think, I see how not to conduct myself as a good Christian, so how do I still conduct myself?  As I show more about Jesus Christ and Jehovah God we will see how to better conduct ourselves, till then keep choosing life.
